We had watched BTF’s building activity in the Henley Beach area for some time as we considered either refurbishment of our beach bungalow or complete rebuild.  After working with Elise and Brett we decided on a complete rebuild but it had to be consistent with the original 1920s bungalow on our site but incorporate a double storey.  BTF worked on a design that met the restrictive planning laws and developed a final design that met the councils’ requirements.  We would like to thank Brett and Elise for their attention to detail, reliability and advice along the way with our house build.  All participants in the build were friendly and professional.  We are extremely happy with the outcome.  Many neighbours have commented on the cleanliness of the site along the way – the sign of a good builder!  We would recommend BTF Constructions (and already have!)

Brett and the team at BTF recently worked on our 1930s bungalow, adding a beautiful extension at the back plus building a new bathroom and ensuite.
