The build duration varies depending on the type and size of home or renovation you are undertaking. We provide a start and end date in the Contract as guide, together with a detailed timeline at the start of construction so you know in advance how long the build will take so you can plan to relocate and plan to move in!
No, we don’t have a display village. As we are a custom builder, all our designs are unique and tailored to meet the individual needs and style of each client, ensuring a personalised home and building experience.

Yes, we handle all necessary council approvals on your behalf. This takes the worry away from you, as we handle all correspondence and ensure information is provided in the specified timeframes. We keep you updated as your plans progress through different stages of the approval process.
Yes! Depending on the changes, it may require new approvals or amendments with council. Any major change to the design is likely to impact the design timeline and add an additional cost (primarily design and council approval fees). It’s best to discuss any adjustments with us early, so we can assess the feasibility and guide you through the process.
Changes during construction are possible but may lead to time delays and additional costs. If there is something you would like to change, it is best you discuss this with us early to see how we can best accommodate that for you.
While we have trusted suppliers and trades we regularly work with, we are open to discussing how best to integrate your choices within the project scope and quality requirements. Our extended team has been working with us for a long time, and know our deliverables, as well as understanding our process around scheduling, WHS and quality outputs.

Yes, we encourage and arrange regular site visits at specific stages to keep you informed and involved. For safety reasons, these visits need to be scheduled with us in advance.
You will be kept up-to-date with the progress, including the expected handover date through our communication and regular project updates. Plus, with 24/7 access to your online client portal, you can check the build progress and project schedule anywhere, any time. We will also liaise with you well in advance to arrange handover so you can start enjoying your new home!
